Todays yoga is a holistic system that offers multiple methods to achieve the goal of self-realisation or Divine connection. Yoga has been under development for thousands of years - during this time a number of distinct paths of yoga have emerged.

The Five Paths of Yoga (Pancha Marga), are major yogic paths from history. These paths have been selected for mention because of  their considerable impact on the yoga we practice today.

The pancha maga each help a human being function within five distinct dimensions: body & breath, mind, emotion, intellect, and action.
