We will take a peek at how we can use this ancient technology to reach inside of ourselves and gain a greater understanding of who we are and how we work.
Age, physical fitness and general flexibility do not matter as we have something for everyone – by far the most important part of your body during these yoga classes and programmes will be your mind.
