We will take a peek at how we can use this ancient technology to reach inside of ourselves and gain a greater understanding of who we are and how we work.
Each week we touch upon an aspect of yogic philosophy and explore how this might apply both on and off the mat.
Age, physical fitness and general flexibility do not matter – by far the most important part of your body during this program will be your mind.
