The Induction program is designed to lead aspiring yogis through the core foundations of Hatha yoga and beyond. Together, we will take a 5,000-year-old journey through postures, yogic breathing, meditation and philosophy. We will take an initial peek at how we can use this ancient technology to reach inside of ourselves and gain a greater understanding of who we are and what drives us.
Each week we will build on our foundation of postures, eventually creating a full flow that you will be able to lead yourself through independently. We will also touch upon an aspect of yogic philosophy during each session and explore how this might apply both on and off the mat.
